By using our website or requesting or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the website by any third party. All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Don Mac Plumbing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we try to keep information (such as service descriptions and service area) accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content is complete or up to date.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Where practical, we will provide an estimate before beginning work. Estimates are based on the information available and conditions visible at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may differ if additional issues, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins; we will discuss any material changes in scope or price with you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. Emergency or after-hours service calls may be subject to an additional dispatch or emergency service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.
4. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations
• Please provide safe, reasonable access to the areas of your property where work is to be performed.
• Arrival times and appointment windows are estimates; actual arrival may vary due to prior jobs, traffic, weather, or emergency calls.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. A dispatch or trip fee may apply for missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Please let us know in advance of any hazards on the property (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous materials, structural concerns) that may affect our ability to safely perform the work.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest or late fees to the extent permitted by Idaho law, and unpaid accounts may be referred to a collections agency, with the customer responsible for reasonable costs of collection as permitted by law.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship on completed plumbing work for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, unless a different warranty period is specified in writing at the time of service. This workmanship warranty does not cover: pre-existing conditions; damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear; work, parts, or materials not installed or supplied by Don Mac Plumbing; or issues arising from modifications made by anyone other than Don Mac Plumbing after our work is completed.
Fixtures, parts, and materials we install may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Where available, we will pass through manufacturer warranty information to you; manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
7. Permits and Code Compliance
We will obtain permits and inspections as required by applicable local and state plumbing codes when they are part of the agreed scope of work. Please let us know about any known code violations, unpermitted prior work, or non-standard plumbing conditions on your property before we begin work, as these can affect the scope, cost, and permitting requirements of a job.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Don Mac Plumbing’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Don Mac Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or property damage arising from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or conditions not reasonably discoverable at the time services were performed. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Idaho law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Don Mac Plumbing, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your failure to disclose known hazardous conditions on your property, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
10. Third-Party Links and Reviews
Our website may include links to or content from third-party sites, such as Facebook, Google, Yelp, or HomeAdvisor, including customer review widgets. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party sites.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law.
